At Customsneakers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please note that since each pair is made to order, items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Sneakers
Place the unworn sneakers back in their original custom box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
